2、能异常组5O例，选择同期医院正常妊娠100名产妇为对照组；探讨3组产妇妊娠并发症发生情况、新生儿结局以及3组产妇HBV感染情况对新生儿HBV宫内感染的影响。结果肝功能正常组和肝功能异常组产妇妊娠并发症发生率均明显高于对照组(P<0．05)，而肝功能异常组产妇妊娠并发症发生率则明显高于肝功能正常组产妇(P
