2、对照组，除胎儿窘迫外，2组间的差异均有统计学意义(均P<005)。其中观察组早产、流产、低出生体重儿和胎儿窘迫发生率分别为511％、511％、568％和227％，对照组分别为114％、1．14％、170％和1．14％。观察组妊娠期合并高血压、糖尿病和贫血发生率分别为1477％、15．91％和966％，对照组分别为966％、5】1％和3．98％，2组比较差异有统计学意义(=4873，p=O027，=10903，P=OO01；4472，p=o054)。结论妊娠2o周前甲状腺功能异常可增加妊娠并发症的发生率，增加不良妊娠结局。[关键词】甲状腺功能异常；妊娠
