2、search，teachthestudentinaccordancewiththeiraptitude,cultivatestudent’srigorousscientificattitude,independentinnovationawareness,entrepreneurshipandteamworkspirit；Enhancestudents’abilityinscientificresearch,innovationandpractical(hand-on);provideopportunitiestolearnaboutthelatestscie

3、ntificdevelopment.Studentsareencouragedtoachieveinterimandsubstantialresults.2．Studentshouldinitiatetheresearchprojectindependently.Theresearchprojectshouldbebasedonsolvingprobleminacertainfield,andwillmakebenefittothenation,society,enterprisesandgovernment.3．SRTPprojectisonlyopento

4、year2,3,4and5(from2014batch)students.Eachprojectwillallowmaximumthreestudentstoparticipate(withonemainapplicant).Thestudent(mainapplicant)isresponsibletoinviteaseniorresearcherinrelatedresearchfieldastheirSRTPsupervisor.4．SRTPprojectisoneyearresearchproject.ItstartsfromJulyeveryyear

5、.5．SRTPapplicationformmustbefilledupbystudentandsubmittedtoInternationalStudentOfficebeforeJune1st.InternationalStudentofficewillorganizethesteeringcommitteetoreviewallapplicationsandmakedecisiononapprovalofprojects.6．StudentmustfillineachoftheitemsinSRTPapplicationformcarefully.The

6、contentsmustbewritteninasimple,clear,logicalandsufficientway.Thehandwritingmustbeclear.Thebriefdescriptionintheformshouldbelimitedin300-500words.TheformshouldbeprintedinA4paperandsubmittedtoInternationalstudentOfficeofMedicalSchool.1．SRTPwillformallystartfromJuly.Wewillorganizeamidt
