1、特岗教师培训计划特岗教师是国家为支援贫困地区的教育事业的一大举措，深受师生的欢迎。截止今年我校共有11名特岗教师被安排在我校任教，这些特岗教师能吃苦耐劳，工作认真，受到学生的爱戴，也得到学校的赏识。但从特岗教师的整体情况来看，业务知识过硬但教学能力不强，为此结合我校实际特制定特岗教师培训计划。一、培训目标：1、通过学习帮助特岗教师深刻领会新时期教师职业道德的内涵及其基本要求，正确认识教师专业发展的迫切性和现实意义，及时更新教育观念，增强发展的信心和动力，提高特岗教师职业道德素养。2、通过学习帮助特岗教师了解学科教学改革的热点，深入探究学科教学的一个专题，解决新课程实施过程中
2、的实际问题，提高特岗教师实施素质教育和新课程的能力与水平。3、通过学习帮助特岗教师了解学生学习的特点、学习的途径与方法，使特岗教师能根据教育发展的需要和教师专业发展的要求，充分利用远程教育网络资源进行学习，显著提高教师运用现代教育技术进行教育教学改革的能力。4、通过学习帮助特岗教师，让特岗教师真正融入我校教师的大家庭。清水混凝土的配合比设计中，要针对当地水泥、砂石、外掺料及外加剂等原材料影响混凝土质量的多种因素进行分析，确定主要控制因素，并从经济性和使用要求综合考虑，优选出符合生产条件的最优方案组合。obstacles,correctingmisunderstandings
