1、摘 要本设计题目是天津市金地物业有限公司办公楼设计。该楼为六层框架结构,总建筑面积3250.08m2。底层层高为4.2m,其它各层层高为3.9m,总高24.3m。室内外高差0.45米,建筑抗震设防烈度为7度,符合生产工作要求。建筑设计应用了AutoCAD、Revite、天正建筑等软件。结构设计中先确定了结构的框架布局,计算出层间荷载代表值,求出自振周期,进而计算水平地震荷载作用下大小和水平荷载作用下的结构内力。接着再计算恒载及活荷载作用下的结构竖向内力,最后通过内力组合找到最不利的组合结果。用最不利的内力组合结果计算配筋
2、。此外,运用PKPM结构设计软件,对结构进行电算设计,并导出结构施工图。通过毕业设计,综合应用四年的所学的专业知识,使我的专业水平得到了很大提高,为将来的工作打下了坚实的基础。关键词:建筑设计;结构设计;抗震设计;荷载计算;内力组合。ABSTRACTThisdesignproblemisofficebuildingoftianjinjindipropertycompany.AccordingtocurrentNationalbuildingandstructurespecifications,Thebuildingiss
