1、摘　要本设计题目是天津市金地物业有限公司办公楼设计。该楼为六层框架结构，总建筑面积3250.08m2。底层层高为4.2m，其它各层层高为3.9m，总高24.3m。室内外高差0.45米，建筑抗震设防烈度为7度，符合生产工作要求。建筑设计应用了AutoCAD、Revite、天正建筑等软件。结构设计中先确定了结构的框架布局，计算出层间荷载代表值，求出自振周期，进而计算水平地震荷载作用下大小和水平荷载作用下的结构内力。接着再计算恒载及活荷载作用下的结构竖向内力，最后通过内力组合找到最不利的组合结果。用最不利的内力组合结果计算配筋

2、。此外，运用PKPM结构设计软件，对结构进行电算设计，并导出结构施工图。通过毕业设计，综合应用四年的所学的专业知识，使我的专业水平得到了很大提高，为将来的工作打下了坚实的基础。关键词：建筑设计；结构设计；抗震设计；荷载计算；内力组合。ABSTRACTThisdesignproblemisofficebuildingoftianjinjindipropertycompany.AccordingtocurrentNationalbuildingandstructurespecifications,Thebuildingiss
