1、摘要本设计收集了北辛窑煤矿的地质资料及图纸,在此基础上按照国家规程规范的规定,提出了开拓开采方案,确定了主要技术参数,撰写了本说明书。本次设计的泽州天安朝阳煤业煤矿井田面积4.24k㎡,年产量0.6Mt。井田内煤层赋存较为稳定,可采煤层有两层,分别是11号、12号煤层,煤层倾角为2-6°。11号煤层平均煤厚4.02m,12号煤层平均厚度6.03m。整体地质条件比较复杂。该矿为瓦斯矿井,煤层为自燃煤层,煤尘具有爆炸性。根据实际的地质资料情况主要对矿井开拓方式、准备方式和采煤方法进行了初步设计。本矿井设计采用斜井单水平开拓方式,综合机械化
2、回采工艺。采煤方法,采用全部垮落法处理采空区。矿井前期采用中央并列式通风,后期分区通风,并对矿井运输、矿井提升和矿井通风等各个生产系统进行设备选型计算。设计时根据现有经济技术条件,尽可能采用先进的开采技术和设备,以及对矿井安全技术措施和环境保护提出要求,完成整个矿井的初步设计。矿井全部实现机械化,采用先进技术和借鉴已实现高产高效现代化矿井的经验,实现一矿一面高产高效矿井从而达到良好的经济效益和社会效益。关键词:斜井开拓、综合机械化采煤方法、全部垮落法管理顶板第113页AbstractminetThisdesignisacollecti
