5、,施工地点位于西青区中北镇,供热主体为澜湾广场和澜湾花园,分一期和二期工程两局部,工程容包括设计安装全自动换热机组3套,一期2套换热机组,设计热负荷为Q6098kw,二期1套机组设计热负荷为Q480kw;管道安装包含螺旋焊接钢管ø3257/50米,ø2736/110米,ø2196/10米,直缝焊接钢管DN150/140米,DN125/10米,DN100/100米,DN80~DN25/107米,管件安装包含阀门、弯头、变径等;设备系统其他安装包含循坏水泵2台,补水泵2台,除污器3台,221.5水箱1个等;以及设备相关电气、仪表系统的所有安装

7、275-981,换热机组安装方案〔1〕、换热机组到货验收、设备根底验收:设备到货后的验收:对板换进展外观检查应做到如下标准:螺栓无松动、棱角无碰撞、板换进出口封闭严密、板换换热片排列整齐、胶垫无外露、板换型号与图纸要求符合、其他资料齐备(出厂合格证、技术参数等),换热片前后尺寸一致,无异常变形等。设备吊运就位前的根底验收:根据图纸确定根底位置,测定标高,使用侧尺测定地脚螺栓孔的深度及长宽。根底外表清理干净,地脚螺栓孔无积水杂物,根底外观无裂纹空洞等缺陷。为使二次灌浆层与根底能很好的结合,根底外表铲麻。〔2〕、设备吊运及就位:设备吊运通道及
8、吊运方案根据现场实际情况而定,但需得到建立单位和监理单位现场管理人员的同意。机组吊上根底后,在机组四角用四台满足要求的千斤顶将机组提升,进展平面位置找正。待机组中心与根底中心线重合,放下机组。
