1、大孔吸附树脂分离纯化迷迭香中迷迭香酸的研究【摘要】 目的考察大孔吸附树脂对迷迭香酸的吸附性能和纯化效果,寻找从迷迭香中分离纯化迷迭香酸的较优工艺。方法以迷迭香酸的吸附量、解吸率和所得粉末中迷迭香酸的含量为指标,从4种大孔吸附树脂中筛选出较好的D101树脂。通过静态和动态实验,对迷迭香酸在D101树脂上吸附和解吸的条件进行考察和优化。结果采用D101树脂从迷迭香中分离纯化迷迭香酸的较优工艺参数为:上柱液pH3~4,速度2BV/h,溶液处理量9BV,洗脱剂为40%乙醇,洗脱速度1BV/h,收集洗脱液3BV。按此工艺条件,迷迭香酸的解吸
2、率为94.8%,3BV洗脱液浓缩干燥后,所得粉末中迷迭香酸含量为23.7%,树脂经8次重复使用,吸附量和分离效果无明显下降,可以重复使用。结论D101树脂可从迷迭香中较好的分离纯化迷迭香酸,具有潜在的工业应用价值。【关键词】 迷迭香酸;大孔吸附树脂;迷迭香;分离;纯化 ChinaAbstract:ObjectiveToevaluatetheabsorptioncapabilityandpurificationeffectofrosmarinicacidonmacroporousabsorptionresin,andtofin

5、marinicacidabsorbedcanbedesorbedby40%alcoholatflowrate1BV/h,andcollected3BVeluent.Thedesorptionratioofrosmarinicacidwas94.8%accordingtotheabsorptionanddesorptionconditionsabove,andthecontentofrosmarinicacidinpowderobtainedfrom3BVeluentthroughconcentrationanddrywas23.7
6、%.Aftereighttimesofrepeateduse,theabsorptioncapabilityandseparationeffectofthemacroporousresinwasnotdecreasedobviously,andthemacroporousresincouldberecycled.ConclusionRosmarinicacidinRosmarinusofficinalisL.canbeeffectivelyseparatedandpurifiedwiththemacroporousabsorpti
