2、tionshallberesponsibleforadministratingthedesignofCodeitemsandassuringthatalldesignservicesdonebyothersinaccordancewiththeCoderequirements.1.1.2TheManagerofDesignSectionshallberesponsibleforacceptingtheCustomer'sSpecificationincludingdrawingsandotherreferencedocuments.1.1.3WhentheCustomerand/or

3、otherorganizationsrequesttosubmitthedocumentsfortheirreviewandapproval,theManagerofDesignSectionshallreviewalldesigndocumentsthatwillbesuppliedtothecustomertoassurehisrequirementsandprovidetheDocumentTransmittalCard(ListNO.QCP-01-2).1.1.4Heshallberesponsibleforreviewingdrawings,calculationsheet

4、,materialrequisition,andPurchasespecificationpreparedbytheDesignEngineer,toassurethecompliancewithcurrentCode.AddendaandCustomer'sspecification.1.1.5Whenprooftestisnecessary,heshallberesponsibleforimplementingthetestandprovidethetestreport.1.2TheDesignEngineers1.2.1TheDesignEngineersshallberesp

5、onsibleforpreparingdrawingsandcalculationsheetoftheCodeWPECDOC.NO.:QCDP-01REV.NO.:0Page4of6items.1.1.1ThedesignengineersshallreviewtheCustomerSpecificationstoverifythattheSpecificationcontainsrequirementsanddatainsuchdetailastoconstituteanadequatebasisforselectingmaterials,designing,fabricating

6、,testingandinspectingtheCodeItems,andthattheSpecificationconformstotherequirementsoftheCode.1.1.2TheDesignEngineerswilltakepartinprooftest.1.1.3TheDesignEngineersshallberesponsibleforrevisingthedesigndocumentsinaccordancewithpara.4ofthisrule.2.DesignProcessControl2.1DesignProcessThedesignproces

7、sofpressurevesselisdividedintotwostages,thepreliminarydesignstageandtheconstructiondrawingdesignstage.Thepreliminarydesignmeansthebasicdesignpreparedforbiddingorquotingpurpose.Forthecauseofmanagement,thequotingdrawingshallbereview
