1、棉花学报CottonScience2015袁27渊4冤院372―378安阳棉蚜寄主专化型及其形成机制初步分析*王丽袁张帅袁雒珺瑜袁吕丽敏袁王春义袁崔金杰(中国农业科学院棉花研究所/棉花生物学国家重点实验室袁河南安阳455000冤摘要院为了解安阳地区棉蚜寄主专化型情况袁进行了棉蚜不同寄主转接的适合度测定遥结果显示袁棉花上与黄瓜上的棉蚜相互转接后其存活率及繁殖力均明显下降袁不能建立种群曰棉花上的棉蚜转接到西葫芦上时袁其存活率及繁殖力与其原寄主无显著差异曰黄瓜上的棉蚜转接到西葫芦上时袁其净增殖率及内禀增长率均显著地高于其原寄主曰黄瓜

6、tedfromcucumberplantsand0.34fortheaphidstransplantedfromcottonplants.Inaddition,freeaminoacidsincotton,cucumberandzucchinileavesweredeterminedattheseedlingstage.Aminoacidtypesandtotalfreeaminoacidcontentweremostabundantinzucchini,followedbycotton,thencucumber.Thesed
