7、shouldmakerationaluseoftheterrain,weatherconditions,winddirectionand前言根据广东省住房和城乡建设厅粤建科函[2012]88号文《关于下达广东省标准〈建筑施工盘扣式钢管支架安全技术规程〉编制任务的通知》的要求，规程编制组开展了广泛的调查分析，进行了专题试验研究，总结了建筑施工承插型套扣式钢管脚手架的工程应用实践经验，参考国内外相关规范、规程，并在广泛征求意见的基础上，制定了本规程。本规程的主要技术内容是：1总则；2术语和符号；3构配
8、件；4荷载；5设计计算；6构造要求；7施工；8高大模板支撑系统；9检查与验收；10安全管理。本规程中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文，必须严格执行。本规程由广东省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理，由华南理工大学负责具体技术内容的解释。为了不断提高《建筑施工承插型套扣式钢管脚手架安全技术规程》的编制质量和水平，在本规程实施过程中，各个单位注意总结经验和积累资料，将有关意见和建议寄送华南理工大学（广州市天河区五山路381号华南理工大学土木与交通学院，邮政编码510641），以供今后修订时参考。本
