1、西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)输油管线参数优化设计软件的编制摘要:管道优化设计是一项复杂的系统工程,目标是寻求既满足工艺要求,同时经济效益较好的方案,但工作量和计算量庞大,通过编制计算机软件既提高工了作效率,节省时间,而且能更直观更准确地对管线参数进行操作,从而达到优化的效果。论文对优化设计的数学模型类型、寻优方法及发展趋势,以及油气管道工程的优化技术研究进行了全面综述,根据流体力学及传热学相关理论建立了热含蜡原油管道系统优化设计的数学模型,并编制了输油管线参数优化软件。本软件采用VisualBasic6.0编制,以MicrosoftOfficeAccess为数据库,通过A
2、DO数据控件绑定链接,在窗体上采用Dategrid控件显示数据,具有网格式大量数据读入、温度压力计算及分布曲线的绘制、停输时间计算、推荐运行参数和数据输出等几大功能。通过对白豹到华池的输油管线的优化设计的实例计算,表明计算结果与管线实际运行参数相符,优化结果令人满意,证实了本软件的可靠性与实用性。该优化问题的解决对于提高输油管系统的设计、管理水平具有重要的实际意义。关键词:输油管道;含蜡原油;优化设计;加热输送;软件编制46西安石油大学本科毕业设计(论文)ThedesignofsoftwareforoptimezingtheparameterofpipelineAbstrac
