1、中国石油大学(华东)硕士学位论文胜利石化延迟焦化装置节能改造及标定姓名:赵兰文申请学位级别:硕士专业:化学工程指导教师:肖家治;王瑜20071001摘要论文阐述了延迟焦化工艺的基本原理及重要设备加热炉炉管的结焦、积灰机理,为节能改造提供了理论基础。针对装置存在的换热终温低,热量损失比较严重,焦化炉转油线温降大,对流室漏风,对流炉管积灰及单位面积对流炉管的处理量偏大等问题,提出了装置的节能改造方案。根据测算结果主要改造措施有:加热炉辐射室底部新增加8根炉管,中间增设一堵炉墙;对原有换热流程重新进行优化和调整;分馏塔改动8层塔盘,重新调整了分馏塔开孔
2、率,新增加2层舌型塔盘;利用原常减压装置至焦化装置管线,采用部分热进料。改造后对装置进行了标定,装置加工能力达到483万吨/年,产品质量满足指标要求,换热终温提高了20"C,炉膛温度由原来的860℃降为800’C,加热炉排烟温度由改造前的213℃降低到179℃,炉膛内增加了隔断墙,东西辐射温度干扰较少,东西分支火焰可以相对独立调整操作;分馏塔更换新型塔盘,同改造前数值相比,分馏塔上部负荷明显增大。装置能耗为31.6kg标油/t原料,与改造前相比能耗降低了4.4蚝标油/t原料。关键词:延迟焦化装置,节能,加热炉,标定Energyconservati
