1、紫外光固化聚酯丙烯酸酯预聚物的合成及固化研究1,21,21,21,2李明田,喻兰英,龚敏,罗宏1材料腐蚀与防护四川省重点实验室,自贡643000;2材料与化学工程学院,四川理工学院,自贡643000摘要:聚酯丙烯酸酯是一种常用的紫外光(UV)固化油墨的预聚物,以己二酸,1,4-丁二醇,季戊四醇,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)以及丙烯酸(AA)为原料,采用“二步法”合成聚酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚作阻聚剂。系统地研究了羟羧比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂、阻聚剂等合成的影响因素;预聚物的光固化速度
2、、附着力、粘度等性能通过UV固化实验进行研究。实验结果表明:羟羧比1.15;催化剂对甲苯磺酸的量为第一步反应物总质量的0.1%;阻聚剂对苯二酚的量为总反应物总质量的0.02%;第一步反应时间175min,反应温度120℃,分水时间约30min;第二步反应时间120min,反应温度140℃,分水时间约30min。产品固化的最佳配方为:聚酯丙烯酸酯,30%;双酚A环氧丙烯酸酯,35%;TMPTA,25%;TPO,3%;907,4%;CN373,3%,漆膜性能达到CN2203的标准。关键词:聚酯丙烯酸酯;紫外光固
