1、毕业说明书摘要为了能够提高搅拌机的搅拌效率和搅拌质量，使搅拌机的用途更加广泛，得到更多人的青睐，本次毕业设计以LB2000型的沥青搅拌机为研究对象，进行相关的设计和系统的分析和改进。本次设计的依据是搅拌机的实际工作要求和工作对象，对其工艺原理和流程进行系统、彻底的研究，最后确定沥青搅拌机的整体设计方案，以电动机动力源，用顺时传动比更稳定的齿轮作为传动媒介，采用双轴转动搅拌，使搅拌更加充分均匀，严格根据实际情况进行参数计算，为了保证搅拌机工作的质量还对轴和轴承进行校核，以便能够更好的达到设计要求。沥青搅拌机在生活中起着重要的作用，广泛出现社会生活中的各个角落，因此高性能的搅拌机问世势
