3、,inordertoregulatetherentalbehaviorofthecity,safeguardtheorderoftherentalhousingmarketandprotectthelawfulrightsandinterestsofthepartiestotheleaseofthehouse.Articlesecondoftheseregulationsapplicabletothecity'sadministrativeareasofhousingrentalandmanagement

4、activities.Theterm"houselease"asmentionedinthepresentProvisionsreferstothebehaviorofthelessorforrentingthehousetothelesseeandpayingtherenttothelessorbythelessee.Thirdcityrealestateadministrationisthecityhousingleaseadministrativedepartments,isresponsiblef

5、ortheimplementationoftheprovisionsoftheorganization.Thedistrictandcountyrealestateadministrationisresponsiblefortheadministrationofhousingleasewithintheirrespectivejurisdictions,andisundertheleadershipofthemunicipalrealestatebureau.Fourthrentalhousingshou

6、ldfollowtheprincipleofvoluntariness,fairness,compensationandgoodfaith,andshouldpaytaxesandfeesinaccordancewiththelaw.Houseleasingpartiesmaynotuserentalhousingforillegalactivities,shallnotharmthepublicinterest.Thesecondchapter,thescopeandconditionsofleasin

7、gFifthrentalhousing,includingresidentialandnonresidentialhousing.Nohousemayberentedunderanyofthefollowingcircumstances:Failingtoobtainthecertificateofownershipofthehouseorotherlawfulownershipofthepropertyinaccordancewiththelaw;(two)thecommonhousesarenotap
