1、外来施工队施工安全责任合同书甲方：阜康市铁焦有限责任公司乙方：为认真落实“安全生产法”及公司内部安全管理规定，牢固树立“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的安全工作方针，贯彻“谁主管，谁负责”的原则，落实“预防为主，防消结合”的消防工作方针，做到“三落实”、“四不放过”使安全防范教育经常化、安全检查制度化。确保安全生产与经营管理正常运营，杜绝各类事故的发生，阜康市铁焦有限责任公司（以下简称甲方）与来公司建筑施工队(以下简称乙方)签订安全生产责任合同书。一、甲方职责1、详细交待介绍进入公司各厂、车间施工注意事项和施工方案办理相关手续和及安全消防教育。2、加强对施工人员的安全
