1、输卵管积水处理方式对体外授精-胚胎移植结局的影响作者：胡淑敏，王冰松，袁水桥，孙绪磊，刘莹，李小殊，吴琳【摘要】目的探讨输卵管积水处理方式对体外授精-胚胎移植结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2007年3月至2009年3月在沈阳204医院生殖中心因输卵管性不孕接受IVF-ET治疗共242周期的临床资料，根据IVF-ET前输卵管情况分4组，A组：57个周期，采用输卵管近端结扎伞端造口术;B组：55个周期，已行输卵管切除术;C组：52个周期，积水未行手术组;D组：78个周期，单纯输卵管阻塞，作为对照组。结果C组获卵

2、数最低而Gn用量增加，与A、B、D组比较，差异有显著统计学意义;各组间临床妊娠率分别为49.12%，49.09%，21.15%，47.44%，C组最低，与A、B、D组比较差异有统计学意义;各组间流产率分别为7.14%，7.41%，36.36%，8.11%，各组间异位妊娠发生率分别为0%，1.82%，7.69%，1.28%，C组流产率及异位妊娠率最高，与A、B、D组比较差异有统计学意义。结论输卵管积水对IVF-ET有不良影响，增加了流产率及异位妊娠率，在IVF-ET前对输卵管积水进行适当的处理有助于提高临
