3、nergysavingandenvironmentalprotection,generallywillbearevolutionarylightsourcetoreplacethehotlampandfluorescentlamp;andthefluorescentmaterialsarethekeymaterialsoflightinganddisplaydevice,especiallysincetherapiddevelopmentofhighbrightnessLED,andagainattractedmuchatten
4、tion.ThewhiteLEDhasmadeanumberoffeasibleways,whichmadebyfluorescentpowderforwhiteLED,hastheadvantagesofsimplemanufacture,lowcostandeasydrivingetc,onthefutureoflightinganddisplayapplications,whichwillplayanimportantrole.Atpresent,therearethreewaystomakemorecommonwhite
5、LED,thefirstoneisthered,greenandbluecolor,dolightmixingsecondkinds;istheuseofultravioletLEDlightandfluorescentpowderbyred,greenandblue,andmixedwhitelight;thethirdistousetheblueonyellowphosphor.Mixedwhitelight.TheuseofmultiplecurrentphosphidehighbrightnessLEDmajority(
