2、高浓度为25Ixg/mL。正交试验表明,影响酵母N一5-1菌株硒含量的因素是:加硒量>接种量>培养时间>装液量。富硒酵母摇瓶培养的优化条件为:酵母培养液中加硒(se)终浓度为25mg/L,接种量为10%,培养时间为48h,装液量为50mL/250mL,酵母发酵物中硒含量最高可达2454~g/g。通过富硒酵母菌株的选育与摇瓶阶段培养优化条件的研究,为富硒酵母的工业化生产提供了较高富硒能力的发酵菌株和基础试验数据。关键词:无机硒;富硒酵母;诱变;生物转化;正交试验中图分类号:TQ926.1文献标识码:A文章编号:(2012)叭一0015~05StudyonBreedingandB
