1、前置胎盘期待疗法患者综合护理体会［摘要］目的分析综合护理在前置胎盘期待疗法中的应用效果。方法选择2010年1月〜2014年12月在陕西省榆林市第二医院妇产科住院治疗的55例前置胎盘患者为研宄对象，根据入院时间将2010年1月〜2012年12月的30例患者作为对照组，2013年1月〜2014年12月的25例患者作为观察组。对照组患者给予前置胎盘常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理、饮食指导、会阴护理等综合护理措施。观察两组患者期待治疗后终止妊娠时间、产后出血量、产褥感染及胎盘植入的发生情况；观察两组新生儿出生

2、后1minApgar评分、体重、足月儿、呼吸窘迫综合征及死亡发生情况；比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果积极治疗后，两组患者阴道流血情况均得到有效改善，妊娠时间得到有效延长。观察组终止妊娠时间晚于对照组［(36.9±12.5)比(35.2土10.1)周］，产后出血量少于对照组［(381.6±20.2)比(485.3±23.7)mL］、产褥感染及胎盘植入发生率低于对照组(8.00%比26.67%，0.00%比6.67%)，差异有统计学意义(P［关键词］综合护理；前置胎盘；期待疗法［中图分类号］R473.71［文献标识码］A［文
