1、摘要随着社会的进步和经济的发展，导致收益差距的不断扩大和分配不公等问题出现，这些严重影响了我国的社会和经济的稳定发展，引起了全体社会人民的广泛关注。M家也提出了一些调整的政策，强调在经济发展的基础上，更加注重社会公平，着力提高低收益者收益水平，逐步扩大中等收益者比重，有效调节过高收益，坚决取缔非法收益，促进共同富裕。企业作为社会的一个重要组成部分，是整个社会经济发展的重要推动力，所以企业收益分配的问题注定引起人们更多地关注。本文针对企业收益分配问题，从企业分配的现状、意义入手，结合企业分配当前的实
