1、医生集团,合作协议篇一：海涛集团医院合作经营合同医院合作经营协议甲方：医院（以下简称“甲方”）乙方：海涛（中国）控股集团（以下简称“乙方”）在国务院八部委联合发布的?关于城镇医疗卫生体制改革的指导意见?以及省、市、区关于医疗卫生改革的具体实施办法、措施指导下，吸纳社会资金，促进医疗机构投资多元化，多渠道办医，实践所有权与管理权分离，使公有制卫生事业与市场经济真正有机结合起来，建立一个完全适应社会主义市场经济要求和新型医疗服务体系，不断满足人民群众多层次，多样化医疗需求的医疗机构，甲乙双方就托管科室事宜进行了多次认真探讨和协商，现达成协议如下：一、合作经营形式1、2立核算，自负盈亏，具有规
