5、ce.Thetowers'designseekstoreinstateEdgarStreetasaneast-westpublicway,reconnectingGreenwichandWashingtonstreets.Thespaceofthispassagewaythroughthebuildingtwistsupwards,risingthroughthebodyofthetowers,pinchingatthemidleveltoallowforlargerfloorplates,andculmina
