1、ms舗手术丽歸的2018-03-2001:26:12中国现代医生2018年1期柳利［摘耍］戸的比较腹腔镜胆囊切除术和开腹手术对胆结石的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月〜2017年7月于我院治疗胆结右的74例，患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法将患者分成采用常规开腹手术治疗的对照组(37例)与采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的观察组(37例)，对两组患者的手术治疗时间、手术出血量、住院天数、术后排气时间以及术后并发症等相关情况进行观察并比较。结果采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的观察组手术治疗吋间为(55.9±4.1)
2、min,术中出血量为(44.2±9.3)mL,住院天数为(5.4±1.2)d,术后排气时间为(10.9±2.6)h。对照组手术治疗时间为(74.1±3.9)min,术中出血量为(61.8±8.6)mL,住院天数为(8.1±2.4)d,术后排气时间为(24.7±3.6)h。观察组上述指标均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05),此外观察组术后并发症发生率为13.51%,显著低于对照组的27.73%(PvO.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术与常规开腹手术相比，能够在保证胆结石患者治疗效果的基础上，缩短治疗时间，
