3、termeasuresoftheindustriesassociations’participatinginstandardizationmanagementofChina.Thethesisisdividedintosixchapters.Thefirstchapterintroducesthebackgroundandsignificanceoftheresearch,teasesoutthedomesticandforeignresearchsituation,andexpoundsthemethodsandcontentsoftherese
4、arch.Thesecondchapterexpoundsthetheoriesofindustryassociations’participatinginstandardizationmanagement,includingtheconceptandcontentofthestandardizationmanagement,theconceptandfunctionoftheindustryassociationandthetheoryofmulti-centergovernanceandpublicparticipation.Thepoints
5、aremadeinthethirdchapterontheexistingproblemsthatarerelatedtothepractice,achievementsandquestionsintheindustryassociations’participatinginstandardizationmanagement.Althoughsomeprogresshasbeenmadeintheindustryassociationsparticipatinginthestandardizationmanagement,therestillexi
6、stingmanyproblems.Forexample,therangeofparticipatingisnarrow,thecontentinparticipatingissingle,andtheparticipatingisnotenough.Theresearchshowsthattherearethreefundamentalreasons.Thestandardizationmanagementsysteminwhichthegovernmentplaysaleadingrolehinderstheindustryassociatio
