1、摘要竹节香附素A峰计算应不低于4000。1l批次两头尖样品共确定8个共有峰,传统夹角余弦相似度cos9均在O.97以上,符合建立指纹图谱的要求。cos8’在0。115和0.951之间变化,Ⅳ在0.045和1.129之间变化,表明cos0’和Ⅳ可以更显著的区分样品。样品S9的COS目’和H值最低,分别为0.115和0.045;S3的值最高,分别为O.951和1.129。FT-IR指纹图谱,扫描范围为1500—800cm~,样品S5的cos0’和日值最高,S8最低。uv指纹图谱,扫描范围为210.400nm,样品S6的cosO
2、’和日值最高,sll最低。采用SAS统计软件对样品进行聚类分析,s4和s11首先被聚为一类;其次为S1和s6。S8与其它的样品距离最远。两头尖水提物小鼠灌胃毒性实验LD50及其95%可信限分别为104.50和95.45—115.29g生药/l(g。按照Blachwell法推算相当于10.45g/L,说明在临床应用常用量为1.3g一般是安全的。按照中药毒性分级,两头尖介于“中毒”和“小毒”之间。石油醚、氯仿和正丁醇萃取部位小鼠最大耐受量实验,灌胃给药1000g生药/kg,14天后小鼠未出现明显中毒症状,小鼠体重也无明显改变,
