1、提要目的：观察耳穴贴压疗法治疗老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法：选择老年习惯性便秘病例60例，随机分为耳穴贴压组和对照组，主要从I临床主症上进行对比观察。治疗组耳穴贴压主穴取直肠下段、大肠、便秘点、肺、皮质下，两耳交替，1周2次，连续治疗8周。对照组口服酚酞，每日3次，每次2片，连续治疗8周。结果：(1)耳穴压豆组与药物组均取得较好的临床疗效，两组比较无显著性差异(P>O．05)，说明耳穴贴压治疗与药物对照疗效相当。(2)首次排便时间，两组经治疗较短时间内大多数患者出现排便，两组比较有显著性差异(P
