2、gionofpipelinelaying.Underthespecialenvironment,thepipelinesnotonlyneedhighhardnessandhightenacity,butalsoneedtohavegreatdeformation,weldingperformanceandexcellentcorrosionresistancetosatisfyincreasinglyrigorousdemandofsurroundings.Atthesametimewecan't

3、ignortheperformanceofweldedjoint,because,astheweakestofpipelinesteelwhichisextremelyeasilydamagedintheprocessofusing.Asaspecialenvironmentwithpipelinesteel,submarinepipelinesteelandlargestrainofpipelinesteelneedhaveexcellentabilityoflargedeformation,cr

4、ushingresistance,andweldingperformanceincommon,but,thedifferenceisthatsubmarinepipelinesteelneedstoconsidertheeffectofcorrosionofseawater,forhavinglongtimeunderlowtemperature,highpressure,strongcorrosionofthebottomofthesea.Thepaperisconcernedwiththebas

5、emetalandweldedjointofX65submarinepipelinesteelandlargestrainthickspecificationsofX80pipelinesteel.Bymeansoftensiletest,charpyimpacttest,DWTTandhardnesstests,andcombinedwiththeanalysisresultsofSEM,EDS,opticalmicroscope,strengthandtoughnessandcorrosionr

6、esistanceofX65submarinepipelinesteelandlargestrainthickspecificationsofX80pipelinesteelhavestudied.Theresultsofthestudyareasfollows:MicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofX65submarinepipelinesteelandweldjointwerecharacterizedusingtensiletests.Theresult

7、sprovethatlongitudinalandtransverseofbasemetalhasshowedhigherelongation,lowyieldratio,ithasabetterdeformationperformance.At-20°temperature,basemetal,weld,fusionlineandfusionline+2mmhavebeentestedforCharpyV-notch,andtheresultsindicatedthattheweldedjoint
