1、ABSTRACTAsanimportantlow-costsemiconductorfunctionalmaterialwithlargebandgap(3.37eV)andlargeexcitationbindingenergy(60meV),zincoxide(ZnO)isrecognizedaSoneofthemostpromisingmaterialsforoptoelectronicapplications.NanostructuredZnOhaSdrawnconsiderableattentionduetoitsunique

2、electrical,mechanical,andopticalproperties,inadditiontoitsapplicationsinnumerousfields,suchassolarcells,gaSsensors,piezoelectricmaterials,photoniccrystals,andoptoelectricdevices.However,therearestillthreebasicquestionsoftheZnOnanomaterial:firstly,thespecificsurfaceareaof

3、nanoZnOmaterialsarelow;Secondly,thecontrollablepreparationoforderlynanoarrayisdifficult,andtheelectron-holerecombinationrateishighindisorderedstructures,whichleadtoalowphotoelectricalconversion.Thirdly,themechanismoftheformationofthenanostructureisstillnotclear.Asaresult

4、,thereisofgreatsignificancetostudythepreparationofhighspecificsurfacearea.Inthiswork,one—dimensionalandthree—dimensionaldifferentmorphologiesZnOnanostructurehavebeensuccessfullypreparedbyasimplehydrothermalmethod,andthemainrearchworkandresultswereaSfollowing.WithZn(N03)2

5、andC6H12N4aSrawmaterial,theorderlyZnOnanorodarrayhaSbeensuccessfullypreparedbycontrollingtheprecursorconcentrationandreactiontime.TheresultsdemonstratedthattheoptimumconditionofpivotalcraftworkoftheZnOnanorodsarray:precursorconcentrationisO.02mol/L.thereactiontimeis4h.Du

6、etothethinstructureandroughsurfacewhichCanabsorbmoredyesandmorereactivecenter,theZnOnanorodsarraypreparedatthisoptimumconditionshowsthebestphotoelectricperformance.TheThree·-dimensionalseaurchinZnOmicro·-nanostructurewasfirstsuccessfullypreparetedbyhydrothermalmethodinZn

7、(Y03)2一NH3,withFTOconductiveglassaSthebase.TheZnOmicro—nanostructurecrystalissinglecrystalstructure,thelatticedistance(0001)isabout0.26nln.WeCanprepareThree-dimensionalseaurchinZnOmicro—nanostructurebycontrollingthereactiontemperature,reactiontimeandpHvalue.Andtheresults
