2、了具体的调查分析，指出了历下社区医疗设施配套存在的突出问题，然后从医疗体制改革和医学发展的促进、经济发展的推动、居民结构的变化、居民生活方式的转变展开社区医疗设施配套的宏观影响因素分析，在此基础上，运用比较分析的方法，对历下社区医疗设施配套存在的层次不完善、没有分级控制、配置不足、规模差距大进行具体分析，‘通过历下社区医疗设施的比较分析、空间布局、需求调查等方面进行微观分析研究。最后，论文对济南历下社区医疗设施配套提出了合理设置规模与层次、科学配置、合理布局以及建设主体多元化的具体建议。本文对完善济南市历下社区医疗设施配套具有重要的指导作用，同时也对城市社区医疗服务设施配套
