6、pportformthefoundationofmyacademiclife.Iwillalsoextendmythankstotheroommatesandfriendsthataccompanymethroughthewholeprocess.i万方数据摘要语言教学的作用及地位在如今的全球化背景下尤为显著，其迅速发展加大了全社会对语言教师的需求。而教师的技能及素质很大程度上影响着语言教学的质量，因而，大批量培养合格甚至优秀的语言教师成为了当务之急，语言教师教育应运而生。较之语言教学，语言教师教育是一块较新的研究领域，其研究对象由最初的教师行为标准转向教师本身

7、。当今的语言教师教育研究注重教师个体多方面影响教学的因素，包括教师信念、教学动机、教学反思、教师自身学习经历等，并将教师教育提升为一个长期的职业发展过程。然而，教师话语作为语言教学过程中的重要输入部分，在语言教师教育研究中鲜为提及，迄今的语言教师教育课程也少有将其作为独立板块进行培训。而教师话语本身的研究也如语言教师教育研究，是新兴的研究领域。本文力图研究教师语言及其在语言教师教育中的作用，探讨教师话语与教学经验、一般语言教师教育之间的关系，进而探究教师教育环节中加入教师话语培训的必要性。本次研究以某小学一年级四位英语教师为研究对象，选择其跟踪性反馈环节用语，进
