4、ods:96patientsenchargedinourhospitalandreceivedPCIfromAug.2011toDec.2013wereinvolvedinthisresearch.Allthe96patientsweredividedintotwogroupsrandomly.PatientsinexperimentalgroupweregivennursingcarebasedonRoy’sadaptionmodelwhileothersincontrolgroupweregiventraditionalnursingcare.Thesepatien
5、tswererevisitedbyususingSCL-90,SDSSandSASatsixthmonthafterdischargedtocomparetheeffectsofthetwonursingmethodsintheirmentalcon-dition,socialfunctionandanxietylevel,andcomparedtheresultbystatisticanalysis.Results:1)Theresultsshowedthatpatientsinexperimentalgroupperformedbetterinallthethree
6、testsinclud-ingSCL-90,SDSSandSASthanpatientsincontrolgroup(P<0.05);2)ExperimentalgrouppatientswithtotalscoreofSCl-90test,split,positivenumberandSymptomsofsomatization,forced,depres-sion,anxiety,hostility,psychoticratingsarelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.01).Threeindica-torsofthesensitivein
7、terpersonalrelationship,terrorandparanoidarelowerthanthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theinterpersonalrelationshipsoftwogroupsofpatientshavenostatisticaldif-ference(P>0.05).Conclusion:NursingcarebasedonRoy’sadaptionmodelmaybeabletoimprovethepsychologicalstatesandavoidthenegativeem
