3、ecausedbyproductionprocessandservicewearisunavoidably,Itisnotarealisticthatwechangeanewdevicesasthedamagehappened.ithasgreatsignificanceforstudyondamage.Alotofpiezoelectricunitsanddevicescansimplifiedtobeammodel,theresearchiscarriedoutaccordingtopiezoelect

4、riclaminatedbeamsfromaspectsasfollows:Westudythenonlineardeformationsofcantileverpiezoelectriclaminatedbeamswithdamageunderelectricfieldandmechanicalforce.Auniformconstitutiverelationcanbeusedtodescribenonlinearvibrationanalysisofthepiezoelectriclaminatedb

5、eamwhenweconsideredsizeeffectanddamageeffect.BasedonthetheoryofcontinuummechanicsandtheEuler—bernoullitheory,thedynamiccontrolequationexpressionofthecantileverpiezoelectriclaminatedbeamswasdeduced.ByusingGalerkin’Smethod,wetranslatethecontrolequationintono

6、nlinearordinarydifferentialequations,theresponsesofthesystemareobtainedthroughnumericalintegrationmethod.Thenwediscusstheresultsbe.tweenwhentheeffectofgeometricnonlinearityisconsideredandbeenneglected,theresultsbetweendifferentcontrolvoltage.Weobtainaserie

7、sofcriticalpull-involtageaswesetthedifferentlengthorthedifferentdamageparameter.Nextweusefiniteelementmethodforsolvingandcomparedtheresultsofthetwogroups.Throughcomparing,itisfoundthatasthecontrolvoltageincreaseorthedamageincreasethecriticalpull—involtaged
