1、武汉科技大学硕士学位论文第1页摘要冷弯薄壁型钢在建筑行业应用越来越广泛。开口冷弯薄壁型钢,因其较封闭截面型钢构件易于加工而受到广泛的欢迎,但其在截面形式上表现为单轴对称,当构件轴心受压时,容易提前弯扭失稳,构件的承载能力未得到充分的发挥。理论分析表明:在开口薄壁型钢构件沿开口方向上按一定的规律布置缀板,缀板能有效地阻止开口截面的翘曲变形,从而可以提高整个构件承载力。本文从理论计算和试验辅证的研究方法入手,应用ANSYS有限元分析程序,提出以承载力极限状态为准则,直接考虑冷弯残余应力及初始缺陷的综合影响,带缀板的开口截面轴心压杆整体稳定性的计算方法。我国现行
2、的《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018—2002)中,对加缀板的轴心受压构件只给出了无缀板和有缀板的两种情况的计算方法,缀板具体布置数量比较含糊,本文建立了缀板数量与构件长细比的对应关系,提出了实用简洁的缀板配置计算方法,便于实际工程设计使用,达到既经济又能大幅度提高承载力的目的,对规范作一些补充与完善。关键词:开口冷弯薄壁型钢;缀板;整体稳定;ANsYs第1I页武汉科技大学硕士学位论文AbstractThecold‘formedthin-wallsteelisusedmoreandmoreintheconstructionindustry,inw
