2、fForestry,Beijing100091,China)Abstract:FourbasalmediawereusedtoinvestigatetheeffectsofmediaonthegerminationandgrowthofisolatedmaturezygoticembryosofTaxuschinensisvar.mairei(Lemée&Lévl.)S.Y.HuexLiuculturedincontinuousdarknessandunder102photoperiod.Theresult
3、sshowedthatgerminationpercentageofisolatedembryoswassignificantlyaffectedbytheculturemediumwithB5mediumgivingthehighestof96%.Thetimerequiredforisolatedembryostogerminatevariedwithdifferentmedia.Lightresultedinhighergerminationfrequencyincomparisonwithdark.
4、Theformulationofthebasalmediumhadanapparenteffectonthegrowthofgerminatedembryos.B5mediumwasapprovedtobeoptimalforearlyseedlinggrowthwiththehighestsurvivalrate(70%)andbestrootingresult.Inthisstudyweprovidedanefficientmethodforovercomingseeddormancyandalsofo
