3、itrustpractice,ourcountryneeddomoreresearchonthesubstantivestandardoftheantitrustreviewoftheM&Aandperfecttheantitrustreviewlawsystemaboutenterprisemergersandacquisitions,whichcouldmaketheabstractreviewstandardspecificandquantitative.Inthisway,relevantenterpr
4、isescanpredicttheirbehavior,theanti-monopolylawenforcementauthoritycouldhaslawstoabide,andtheauthority’sexcessivediscretioncouldberestricted.Thispapertriestoperfectourcountry’santitrustreviewlawsystemoftheM&Athroughdoingresearchonsubstantivestandardandlearnf
