2、环境建设和经济结构调整这两大重点战略任务中的作瑚和应有的贡献。针对目前西部生态环境现状，合理划分区域，按因地制宜，分区治理原则，设计适合各区特点的林业生态治理模式：针对目前西部产业结构现状，提出产业结构调整的基本思路，具体论述了林业对西部农业、I：业及第三产业结构调整所应发挥的作_}}j。提出了各自相应的对策与措施。指出西部开发中生态环境建设与经济发展必须同步协调发展，二者矛盾协调的融合点是林业，并从发展目标、方向、方式和战略重点上具体论述了林业与西部开发是相互依赖，相互促进，能够协调发展的。，～关键词：林业西部开发生态环境产业结构可持续发展面良IAbstractTheWeste
