2、经济和人民生活水平的体现。本文以交通运输发展理论为依据，分析道路货物运输在工业化进程中的发展。结合陕西省经济发展的现状，研究目前陕西省道路货物运输发展是否适应经济发展水平。通过国内外工业化进程的对比判定陕西省工业化发展阶段，并结合国外工业化进程中道路货物运输发展的成功经验，分析陕西省道路货物运输与经济发展的关系，陕西省道路货物运输的现状以及在发展过程中存在的问题，判定当前陕西省道路货物运输对应于国外道路运输发展过程中的“严格管制"阶段，在此基础上分析国内外环境的差别，提出值得我们借鉴的经验；并针对陕
