1、北京商业银行开展投资银行业务研究12摘要：目前，中国的商业银行开展投资银行既是战略选择，也是适应变化的商业环境，在深化金融改革开放的步伐同时加速融资市场的快速发展，主要依赖利息收入从传统的商业银行面临着严重的空间被挤压。开展投资银行业务已成为现代商业银行现有的金融制度安排的演进的必然选择，积极拓展投资银行业务成为有效地改善盈利能力和竞争力的重要途径之一。本文分析了以北京商业银行为例，分析了全球金融业的发展要求和中国的商业银行开展投资银行的状况，结合中国的金融现实的限制探究其必要性，提出在现有金融体系的弊端，以及商业银行开展投资银行业务的策略和应注意的问题，具有重要的现实意义
