6、ldafterchemio-physicaldenaturation.Theirheattoleranceisaparticularlyinterestingfeaturebecauseithasbeenrecentlyrelatedtobothhighyieldsduringrecombinantexpressionandselectivepurificationoffoldedprotein.Results:PurificationofrecombinantRE3VHHbyheattreatmentyieldedthesameamountofan

7、tibodyaspurificationbyaffinitychromatographyandnegligibledifferenceswerefoundinstability,secondarystructureandfunctionality.Similarresultswereobtainedusinganotherclassofthermotolerantproteins,thesingledomainVHscaffold,describedbyJespersetal.[8].However,thermosensitiveVHscouldno
