3、dergroundmetrostationinParisin1912,andPoundsuggestedthatthefacesoftheindividualsinthemetrowerebestputintoapoemnotwithadescriptionbutwithanequation.Becauseofthetreatmentofthesubject'sappearancebywayofthepoem'sownvisuality,itisconsideredaquintessentialImagisttext
