3、e,arebecomingincreasinglyprevalent.MotivatedbysuchredenvelopisdistributedtoagroupofWeChatusers,butonlytransientprofit,flashcrowdsofsubscribersrequestservicesthefirstsomepersonswhocatchthechancewouldbeabletosimultaneously.Consideringtheuniquebusinesslogic,ah

4、ybridcloudwithsoftguarantee,i.e.,boundingtheresponsetimesharetheenvelopeandhencethemoney.Suchaninterestingofdelay-tolerantrequests,hasgreatpotentialtohandleflashandfastwayofgettingredenvelopessoonbecomespopular,crowds.Inthispaper,tocost-effectivelywithsta

5、ndflashcrowdsandatotalof1.2billionredenvelopes(over$83million)werewithsoftguarantee,weproposeasolutionthatmakessmartunleashedontheChineseNewYear’sEve[3].decisionsonschedulingrequestsinthehybridcloudandadjust-ingthecapacityofthepubliccloud.Inrespectofsched
