1、浙江理工大学硕士学位论文紫外线吸收剂与羊毛上的氨基酸以共价键结合,耐水洗牢度高,既可以使羊毛织物具有良好的紫外线防护性能,又可以改善羊毛织物上染料的耐光色牢度,同时紫外线吸收剂在水溶液中存储以及在上染过程中,不会水解生成其他物质,具有较好的应用前景。关键词:羊毛;反应性;紫外线吸收剂;紫外线防护;活性染料Factor(UPF)andSpectralTransmittance(nQofwooldyedwithUV-WRarebetterthanthoseofwooldyedwithCibafastW:Testingtherel

4、ueofthelatterbecauseofthecompetitionofUV-absorberanddye.ComparingtheUPFvalue,wefoundthatthewoolfabricwhichwasdyedbyUV-WRanddyestogetherhasahigherUPFvalueandabetterUVprotectioneffect.Itwasalaofoundthatinthisresearchtheultravioletprotectedthewoolfabrics,thelightfastn
5、essofwoolHPwaterordyingthew001.TheUV-absorbercan’tdecomposetoformothersubstances.Glycineasagrouponwoolprotein,CanbecoupledwithUV-WRtosimulatetheprocessbetweenUV-WRandwoolfabic.Theproductsarecharacterizedby1H-NMRandtheresultsshowedthattheywerejustthedesignedtargetpr
6、oducts.Inaword,theultravioletabsorberUV-WRCanbeusedtodyewoolfabricswithreactivedyes.Andtheultravioletprotectivecharacteristicofwoolfabricscouldbeimprovedobviously.Covalentlycombinedwithwool,UV-WRexhibitsnotonly900dwashfastnessbutalsoalittleeffectsondyedfabricshade.
