1、外周血造血干细胞动员采集138例临床分析邓琳，王红祥武汉市中心医院，血液科，武汉，430014摘要:目的研究影响外周血干细胞动员以及采集因素。方法30例血液病患者予以化疗+粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)动员，12例健康供者以及96例糖尿病周围血管病患者予以G-CSF动员。使用CobeSpectra血细胞分离机(美国Cobe公司)进行外周造血干细胞采集，对不同疾病、一般特征及供者的动员采集效果进行分析。结果所有患者均成功动员采集，健康供者采集所获得CD34+细胞数优于糖尿病周围血管病患者，具有统计学差异。供者性别，年龄对MNC数以及CD34+细胞数无影响，BM

2、I、G-CSF的剂量与MNC数成正相关，TG、HbA1C以及LDL-C与CD34+细胞数呈负相关。无论是健康供者、糖尿病周围血管病患者以及恶性血液病患者，动员采集过程中不良反应较小。结论根据不同的疾病、性别、年龄、采用不同的动员采集方案，一般可以成功采集。关键词：造血干细胞采集；糖尿病周血管病；采集中图分类号：R457.1，R457.7文献标志码：AClinicalanalysisonmobilizationandcollectionofperipheralhematopoieticstemcellsDenglin,WanghongxiangDepartmen
