1、中风先兆证从肝论治的理论分析摘要：中风先兆证是中风发病前的一组临床症候群,其主要以发作性偏身麻木、短暂性言语骞涩、阵发性眩晕等症状为主，症状复杂多样，并可出现健忘、头胀痛、筋惕肉？p、手指麻等兼症。中风先兆证与中风发病有密切联系。当今社会工作压力增大，人们多易情志失调。情志失调多责之于肝,肝为风木之脏，主疏泄，具有调节情志和疏调人体气机、保持全身气机疏通调达的作用。若情志不遂，肝气郁结，肝气失畅，则可生痰、生瘀。肝气郁结，气行失畅，气滞则津停,凝聚生痰；肝郁久则化火，煎熬津液而为痰；肝气横逆犯于脾胃，脾运失健，水湿停聚而为痰。痰随肝经之气升降出入,
2、无处不到。肝之痰，常为郁痰、痰火、痰瘀等顽、危、重之病候。肝乃瘀血形成之关键所在。肝失疏泄，气行失畅，则气血郁遏于内，或横溢于外，所至之处，皆可成瘀。肝郁化火，肝火炽盛，血被煎熬，也可凝结为瘀。鉴于中风先兆的症状，肝木之脏的特性，治疗中风先兆证时注重到调肝，对预防中风的发生，缓解中风先兆症的症状，都要有一定的意义。关键词：中风先兆；肝主疏泄；瘀血中图分类号：R277.7文献标识码：A文章编号:1006-1959(2017)20-0109-03Abstract：Auraeofstrokebeforetheonsetofstrokeisaclinica
