1、摘要如今是一个科学技术飞速发展、知识更替日新刀异的世纪。计算机己深入到各个领域，并且形成了功能强大、覆盖全球的信息传输网络。各个领域都向系统化、规范化、口动化的方向发展，使得工作效率、成绩和生活水平都日益提高。随着我国经济的迅速发展，假日经济和旅游经济己成为人们消费的热点，宾馆业也随之快速发展。同时，随着宾馆越来越多，竞争也愈来愈激烈。如何利用先进的管理手段，提高宾馆的管理水平，已成为宾馆业发展的当务Z急。宾馆服务管理系统中，首先进行用户的需求调查与分析，以确定系统目标，提出解决问题的详细方案，本系统主要包扌乩服务登记、服务查询、住宿查询、删除登记、住宿登记、客房预定等。
2、经过分析，我们使用MICROSOFT公司的VISUALBASIC6.0开发工具，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具，尤其是数据窗口这一能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象，首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型，然后，对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修止和改进，直到形成用户满意的可行系统。关键词:VisualVB6.0宾馆服务管理服务查询住宿登记AbstractTodayisarapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,knowledgeoftheever-changingturnover.Thecomputerhastoreachallareas
