1、摘要山楂果皮鲜红或紫红，果肉松软，果实呈球形，是我国独有的水果品种，北方多有栽种。山楂又名山里红、红果，果实成熟时，漫山遍野一片绯红，煞是壮观。此外，山楂还有“胭脂果”的美称。山楂的名字温馨、含蓄、悦耳、传神其营养也较为丰富。每百克山楂含维生素C多达89毫克，比苹果高10多倍，仅次于红枣、獗猴桃，居于第三位。山楂含钙量名列前茅，每百克果肉中含钙85毫克，特别适合孕妇、儿童对钙质的需求小。山楂还含有人量的红色素、山楂酸、黄酮类、解脂酶及多种药用成分。祖国医学认为，山楕味酸甘、性微温，能消食健胃，行气活血，止痢降压。《本草纲目
