1、毕业论文（20__届）建德农村金融问题发展中存在的问题及对策I摘要自党的十六大以来，连年下发了三个1号文件，建德市各级党委政府高度重视“三农”问题，为农业增效、农民增收等采取一系列积极有效的政策和措施。但是长期以来，农村融资难、农户贷款难、农村资金外流严重造成的农村金融发展滞后、支持力度小、服务不够完善等问题严重制约着建德农村发展。特别是农村金融供给不足导致的农业发展缓慢，有效需求不足导致的金融机构服务的不完美，都严重制约着建德农业的健全发展。因此，研究建德农村金融发展存在的问题就显得尤为重要，这对促进建德农村经济又好又快发
2、展具有重要的现实意义。本文从建德农业发展现状导出农村金融发展现状，问题及产生的原因。并提出可行的对策建议。特别指出，建德应结合自身的特点改善农村金融环境，进一步解决农村金融问题，进而推动建德农业的发展。关键词：农村金融；新农村建设；农村金融体系IAbstractSincethe16thparty'sthreesuccessiveyearssince,issuedadocuments,JianDeShipartycommitteesatalllevels,nogovernmentinemphasison"threeagricu
