1、冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用比较研究[摘要]目的该实验的课题主要探讨冠心病心律失常的动态心电图与常规心电图应用对比。方法根据随机数字法随机选取该院2015年2月—2017年3月期间收治的50例冠心病心律失常患者，并分别应用常规心电图与动态心电图对所有患者进行检测，对比2种不同检测方式阳性检出率以及冠心病心律失常检出情况。结果采用动态心电图进行检测后，50例患者的阳性检出率为62.00%，远高于常规心电图的42.00%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且动态心电图在房性早搏成对、二、三联；室性成对、
